I ordered my parts 2 days ago and here they are at my doorstep today! I\u00a0am pleased and impressed.<\/p>\n<p>It took a while, but I finally found the steering wheel I wanted. A nice 3-spoke one with wooden grip and a\u00a0Chevy\u00a0bow tie on the horn button. I also got a\u00a0mounting kit since the wheel wasn&#8217;t factory. Seat belts weren&#8217;t required in 1955 and most people that put them in today go with the lap belt. I\u00a0opted for a\u00a03-point safety belt. Hey, if I&#8217;m going to add safety features, might as well go with what makes me comfortable!<\/p>\n<p>I also managed to finish\u00a0one of the arm rests. There were a few guys very knowledgeable with the 1955 Bel Air and gave me some very good info and advice. Which was something I had been waiting\u00a0to get\u00a0for so long, since it&#8217;s hard to describe something you cannot see.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Summit Racing really came through.
