Now we are starting to have some fun! First stop (besides the rest rooms) was the Boot Hill graveyard. Not only was it cool to see but the stories behind it are very interesting as well.
Next it was the OK Corral. Didn’t get to see the gun fights, but did check out the town and local businesses. It really felt like the Old West (which is the whole purpose of the town), from the stagecoaches rolling up and down the dirt streets to the towns folk dressed in their Old West attire. The two women I spoke with at the Birdcage Theater were very knowledgeable and had some great stories to tell. The only trouble with this stop, it wasn’t long enough. Back on the road…
