Instead of getting a whole new set of hoses (and possibly having to replace them in the future) I opted for a hose sleeving kit. It gives the appearance of steel braided hoses at a fraction of the cost.
I started with the vacuum lines. Pretty easy so far. I moved on to the fuel line and then the radiator hose. I did not use the heater hose sleeves as I removed the heater a short while ago. Who knows, one day I may put it back in.
Since a complete paint job is still a ways off, this was an easy way to make the engine compartment a little more impressive.
